Lyre's Agave Blanco Spirit - Non-Alcoholic Tequila

This is - hands down - the best NA Tequila there is. I absolutely love this in my mocktails from Margaritas to Palomas to Ranch Water. I’m obsessed. Buy this! You won’t regret it.

the most authentic tequila/liquor that matches the original version. The spice and bite and smell/flavor is all there even when mixed with other stuff. I often add lime and tonic for an authentic margarita feel.

The Ninfa Slushie Machine is picky and you can't have too much alcohol or sugar, or it will stop and indicate via bars going up or down which to add.
I make "low-cal" margaritas with Stevia Liquid sweetener, 100% fresh squeezed juices, Triple sec(guilt here), and Agave Blanco Tequila. Often I have to add OJ because I have too much alcohol! Now I use 1/3 part Lyre's Agave Blanco Spirit per 1 part Tequila. This maintains Tequila flavor and adds water. Ninfa Slushi Happy, and so am I!!

Best non-alcoholic tequila I’ve tried so far, probably one of the best spirits in the Lyre’s range overall.

Firstly, let me say that No & Low has fantastic customer service!! The first Tequila replacement I tried was a dud (truly awful), and my journey with non alcoholic spirits could have ended there. But after my disappointing review, I was contacted by a rep offering me a replacement brand to try. I had heard good things about Lyre’s from a mixologist I follow on Instagram, so I decided to try this Tequila replacement.

What a night and day difference!!!
This Lyres Spirit of Tequila actually has the essence of the real thing.
On the nose you can smell the agave and also pepper.
Now it’s not tequila, but it is a good stand in, especially since I am using it to cut the alcohol in cocktails by 50%, using a split between this and Tequila.
I made my favorite tequila cocktail, which is called a siesta. Almost a fusion between a classic margarita and a Paloma. it was delicious and I noticed very little difference between using full strength tequila and swapping out 50% for the Lyres tequila replacement. I am very pleased and will definitely be trying other spirits from the same brand

It was not good. I had to toss it out.
